The rental deposit ($50) is non-refundable once booking is confirmed. Up to 30 days prior, there is no cancellation penalty. 30 days to 7 days, we charge a 25% rescheduling fee. Final payments are due at 7 day prior and are non-refundable after this time.

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CLEANED AND SANITIZED?
We take the highest level precautions to ensure that every unit is in impeccable condition and fully sanitized when delivered to you so that you can be sure your little ones are safe. Have a specific allergy or concern? Just let us know. Your child’s safety is more important than anything else.
HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?
Our standard package is for up to 3 hours, however we offer customized quotes to meet your needs!
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE DELIVERY FEE?
The delivery fee includes delivery in the Middle Tennessee area (+30 miles from Nashville), complete set-up, and complete breakdown.
CAN RENTALS BE CUSTOMIZED?
Yes! Most of our rentals can be customized with a name, logo, or graphic for your event. Please contact us for details.
WHERE CAN THE RENTALS BE USED?
We require rentals to be placed in a clean, dry area without direct sun exposure. We can provide pop-up tents for sun or light rain coverage for an additional fee.
ANY RESTRICTIONS?
No shoes may be worn on soft play or bounce houses. Each unit has a maximum capacity/weight limit that must be followed for safety reasons. We DO allow adults on all equipment as long as the weight limit is observed!
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?
Most of our rentals can be used indoors or outdoors! In the event of expected inclement weather, we will contact you ahead of time to discuss options.
